The heart of every waterjet is the pump.

The Patented Quantum Electric Servo Pump is the smartest most efficient pump in the industry.

Developed by Techni Waterjet and introduced in 2010 the new Gen 4 it even more cost effective to run than previous generations because of the new Patented Advanced Diagnostics.

ESP pumps are available in various HP and PSI ratings designed for various application from low HP and PSI for the glass industry to higher HP and PSI for thick denser materials.

ESP pumps have been designed to easily be daisy chained together to provide the water volume you need for your specific application. In addition to the water connection the controls are designed to communicate together to ensure the utmost efficiency of the pump system.

The ESP servo drive pump in programmable in 1 PSI increments and provides the smoothest and most consistent jet stream. The ESP pump starts and stops on a dime.

ESP pumps have a pressure inducer to sense the pressure of the system. This feature in combination with the precise control of the servo driven pump virtually eliminates the dead head pressure spike resulting in the huge savings in HP components. The lack of fatiguing these parts reduces down-time and the expense in replacing the parts. Please see video below. The pressure inducer also makes the integration of the ESP to any machine or automation simple and quick.

The ESP pump is the quietest in the industry. Ranging from 68 to 70 dBa. depending on the model pump it is very comfortable to the operator or anyone in the facility. Please see video below.

Maintenance is a dream on the ESP. A seal change can be completed in less than 5 minutes. Please see our video below.

The ESP is the most efficient pump in the industry. Please look at the graph below to show how the ESP compares to the other various pump technologies in various industries. Look for your industry to evaluate how much more efficient the ESP is then the other technologies.

ESP pumps have been designed to be easily retrofitted to any machine. Lease programs are available were the savings per month are higher than the expense. Upgrade your pump and put money in your pocket.
